Here are 11 fun facts about me: 

1) I love New York.  My first trip was in 1985.

2) I am the oldest of 4 children.

3) I am deathly allergic to cats. 

4) I have never been to Europe.

5) My favorite color is Green.

6) I love chocolate more than just about anything else. 

7) My favorite adult beverage is Vodka-Cranberry. 

8) I still love to roller skate. 

9) I went to college a lot longer than I should have.  I also enjoyed it more than I probably should have!

10) I now work at my dream company.

11) I ran my first 5K last year with my brother.  We would wait for each other and walk when the other needed...until the very last bit.  Then he sprinted to the finish line just so he could say he beat me.  That will NEVER happen again.  

Now to answer Wendy's questions:

1) What was your favorite first date? With my husband.  We went to eat in Winston at Village Tavern.  It was the easiest first date I have ever been on in my life.  I knew that night he was the one.

2) If you could have dinner with any famous/historical figure, (past or present) who would it be?  Hmm.  I'd love to have dinner with Andy Warhol.  He's always been my favorite artist.  I have a whole list of people I'd enjoy picking their brains.

3) What is your favorite book and why?  The Great Gatsby.  I love the fashion, the romance, and the deception.  I can't tell you how many times I've read it, but at this moment, I cannot remember enough of it.  Time to re-read it!

4) What kind of car do you drive?  Jeep Liberty--I love it!

5) What was your first job? Babysitter?  Or my first REAL job?  I sold furniture as a designer.

6) What was your major in college? Interior Design/Art History with a minor in PoliSci.

7) Do you have a favorite style icon, if so who is it? Ralph Lauren

8) What cosmetic can you not live without? Mascara

9) Who is your favorite designer? Ralph Lauren

10) Coke or Pepsi? Coke

11) How have you cultivated followers for your blog? I try to interact as much as possible.  I am always leaving comments and I reply to my comments in an email when possible.
